Conference Badges and Registration Hours

Registration badges and/or tickets are required for all conference events.

Pick up your badge at the registration desk at these times:

Sunday, March 12 7 am–5 pm
Monday, March 13 7 am–5 pm
Tuesday, March 14 7 am–5 pm
Wednesday, March 15 7 am–2 pm

The ASCE Bookstore is also open during these hours in the registration area.
 

Conference Proceedings

Proceedings are available in flash drive format and are included with all Full and One-day registrations (also student registrations “WITH Proceedings”). Proceedings are not included with Short Course or Trade Show only registrations. They may be picked up at the ASCE Bookstore by redeeming the “proceedings ticket” included in your badge. Additional copies are available for purchase at the ASCE Bookstore.
 

Conference Dress

Business casual attire is appropriate for most Geotechnical Frontiers 2017 events. Also, be sure to bring good walking shoes and comfortable clothes to enjoy conference events and for sightseeing. Bring plenty of business cards.

Parking

Self-park within the Hyatt Regency Orlando’s 2,100-space garage, or opt for valet parking during your stay. Public Parking is available at varying rates for events. For more information, including rates, see the Hyatt Regency Orlando’s website.
 

Professional Development Hours (PDHs)

Earn up to 29 professional development hours (PDHs), the nationally-recognized unit of record, by attending technical sessions and short courses. Requirements for continuing education vary from state to state. PDH reporting forms are available near the session rooms and at the registration desk. Please check with your state registration board for specific license requirements.
